EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK

Our Mission: Our mission is to provide our customers with eco-friendly products that will better the earth and the people in it. Through this we will supply customers with products such as acrylic paints, water color, bamboo pencils, bamboo paint brushes, and canvases. 

Purpose of Employee Handbook: To inform employees of our Company’s mission, policies, and laws. For employees to follow the rules and regulations and collaborate safely and efficiently. So that our employees and Company can complete our mission. 

Nature’s Canvas: With the use of eco-friendly ingredients, we developed 

 Nature’s Canvas, a Company striving to better the environment with eco-friendly products. 

Core values: To do what is right, quality and safety, caring for people and the environment, renew and improve.

Attendance/progress: It is important that all employees collaborate and contribute to the Company. With employee/progress evaluations we will check the progress of each employee and each department. With the information provided from these evaluations, employees have the chance to hold themselves accountable to their work. Failure in doing so, may result in termination.
